Vaccine Clinic

If your pet is due for vaccines, please call our office at (513) 232-4550 or book an appointment on-line to make an appointment with one of our doctors for an exam and vaccines.  

CURBSIDE SERVICE PROTOCOL

When you arrive, we ask that you remain in your vehicle and call the office at (513)-232-4550 to let us know you are here. If you do not have a cell phone, please ring the doorbell on the handicap entrance door.  A staff member will call, text, or come to your vehicle if you do not have a phone.  Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out the Appointment/Drop Off Questionnaire Form. You can also click here to fill out the form on-line and submit it directly to us before your appointment. When we are ready for your pet we will meet you at the side door to bring them inside to be examined. Please have your cat in a carrier.  We ask that you remain in your vehicle while the doctor is examining your pet, and keep your phone available for the doctor to call you with his/her findings and recommendations.  We will call you to let you know when your pet is finished, take payment over the phone if possible, and meet you at the side door.
